Remote Support

If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we have the capability to securely remote access your computer. It is as if our technician is sitting in front of your computer to resolve the issue.
Computer / Laptop Repair

If your computer is not responsive and it is not possible to remote login due to any reason, including hardware failure, just bring in to our support centre. Our expert technicians will diagnose and repair any problem your computer or laptop might have.
Equipment Covered

End-to-end comprehensive technical support cover for 1x Computer or Laptop, including diagnostics, labour, repair work, software installation, upgrade and troubleshooting.

What is NOT Included

Site Visits

Visits to your office or home are not included in this offer.
Computer Parts

If your computer or laptop requires a new or replacement part, we will provide you with a quote. We will not charge for any labour to install, replace or configure the part.
